The first step in achieving your goals is getting an accurate picture of where you are. A specialist fitness test can help you identify weaknesses (& strengths), monitor your performance, provide incentives and has sometimes been used to identify talents.
Team Fitness Testing
Discover your squad’s current fitness levels with a comprehensive fitness test at Aspire. Players will be put through a number of different tests measuring every aspect of your team’s specific sports performance needs.
Aspire will provide you and your squad with a full report based on the test results, providing an overall evaluation of how fit the squad is, what particular aspects of their fitness need work, and advice on how to improve these aspects will be provided.
As well as testing your players, we will provide your coach with a full report of your players’ strengths and weaknesses, providing recommendations on the most effective ways to reach your targets through your training plan.
