This class uses a variety of different resistance techniques to increase strength, muscle tone and increase your body’s fat metabolism, ultimately shaping up.

Muscle toning exercises can even help improve mental health. Studies have shown that people who train regularly have more energy, reduced stress levels and greater self-confidence and self-esteem.
WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE CLASS?
In Total Body Tone class, we use techniques such as free weights, cable machines, resistance bands, medicine balls, and your own body weight.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE CLASS?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive training shoes, bring a drink bottle and a sweat towel
