Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work. Are you ready for the challenge?

20:20:20 is the perfect all-round fitness class. Repetitive things can become boring, so with 20:20:20 we keep it fun and interesting. If you’re looking to get involved in a group session, or want something new to try with friends, 20:20:20 is a great option.

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE CLASS?

20:20:20 is divided into 3 sections:

  1. Resistance exercises – to increase muscle tone & increase fat metabolism
  2. Core work – exercises to target the abdominal muscles and increase fat burning and muscle tone.
  3. Cardio – We finish the class with cardio to ensure you push your fitness and calorie burning to a new level.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE CLASS?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive training shoes, bring a drink bottle and a sweat towel
