Exercise Classes

Our exercises classes provide a high energy, friendly and encouraging environment where you can improve tone up, lose weight and improve your overall health and fitness. Whatever your level of fitness our instructors will ensure that the exercises are suitable for you whether you are a beginner or regular ‘gym junkie’. We will ensure that you are pushed to achieve your goals while also enjoying your exercise session every time you attend Aspire. You can rest assured that you will be getting the best advice and guidance possible as all of our staff are highly qualified and experienced with working with individuals starting out to elite Olympic athletes.

Exercise Classes

20:20:20

This class takes the best bits from 3 different classes, 20 mins of resistance work to Tone up muscles all over, then 20 mins of Abs to tighten up our core muscles and finish with 20 mins of High intensity cardio work to get the heart racing.

HIIT & Abs

This Class combines HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with some tough Core exercises to work on the mid-section in between the tough high-intensity exercises.

Total Body Tone

A variety of leg and upper body toning using weights, cables, Medicine Balls and your own body weight.

Boxercise

This is a form of exercise based on boxing training and using boxing equipment.

Spin & Tone

This class combines cardio exercises on a bike with total body conditioning exercises.
